Morayshire Farmer, Iain Green, explains how increased output rate, uniform bale quality and density from his KUHN VB 7160 Baler, have exceeded his expectations, and made baling operations more efficient at Corskie. With the Kuhn VB 7160 Baler now into it’s second season at Corskie, Iain comments how impressed he has been with overall output speed from pickup through to the end product.

With the added bonus of being able to monitor the bale moisture throughout. Producing identical bales and excellent netting, the bales are easy to transport and stack and the big tyres help reduce soil compaction on the ground.

Corksie Farm, Garmouth, Morayshire was founded in 1954 and today spans an impressive 5860 acres. 2980 acres of which are used for cereals, growing winter and spring barley along with winter wheat. 2880 acres are also used for grass and livestock and to date the business employs 13 farm workers.
