All Ravenhill Branches remain open at this time and it is our intention to continue to provide our services as long as it is safe to do so. We are following all officially recommended action to minimise risk and safeguard the wellbeing of staff, customers and suppliers. The unfolding situation will continue to be closely monitored and appropriate measures taken as and when advised by the Government.

We require any employee with a new persistent cough, high temperature or other signs of respiratory illness not to attend work, and to self-isolate in accordance with Government guidelines. We would also respectfully ask any customers or suppliers displaying these symptoms not to visit our Branches or request site visits, and to follow the same self-isolation Government guidelines.

Please liaise with your usual Ravenhill contact(s), if possible by email, landline or mobile. If visiting our premises is unavoidable, we would ask you to use the handwashing/sanitising facilities available and adhere to the current Government and NHS guidelines, including avoiding close contact with people.

PARTS

A parts delivery service can be operated by agreement with those customers requiring it.

SALES

Farm and site visits can be arranged by mutual agreement, likewise machine delivery and collection.

SERVICE

Breakdowns will continue to be supported by mutual agreement, and also machine collection and delivery. Our Engineers carry disposable gloves and wipes in their vans.
